Why she deserves?: Our mommy is the best mom. She never takes a day off by herself. She is always working or taking care of us, our dad, and our grandma. She is also a Sunday School teacher to kids age 7-11 and loves it very much. She never gets to do what she wants because she always does everything that we like from sports, playing, taking us where we need to go and listening to dad talk about old cars. We know she loves us all very much and we just want to give her something back to show her how much we love her!

Why she deserves?: My mother is beautiful inside and out. She is so selfless and considerate of others. She always remembers friends, family, and coworkers birthdays and special occasions with cards and makes them her delicious homemade cookies. She is a special education teacher who is 100% supportive of her students as well as my brothers and I. I could not ask for a better mother, as she has been there for our family through everything. She is so happy and encouraging and willing to go above and beyond for her family and friends. She has a great spirit about her and loves with all her heart!

She'll take us in the home if we fall down to try to help back on our feet.

She's defeated cancer, a heart attack & congestive heart failure but her wounded heart has won the affection of so many. Known by "Momma J" to most, she's been a "mother" to students she loved during her twenty eight years of teaching, along with anyone that she meets that needs an extra hug. She has sacrificed alot so we wouldn't do with out. My Mama is also disabled, so she lives on a fixed income but we have never did without. Anytime we need anything, my Mama is right there. Why she deserves?: She is my grandmother by birth but is really my mom. She raised me for the most part and is still helping me. She is 66 years old and has parkison disease but that dont stop her. She still makes sure we have food and my kids have everything they need. She puts her self last all the time and I thinks so is the nicest person in the world. The isnt anyone she wouldnt help ! I love her !
