The Capital Region's CW Show Us Your Pothole Photo Contest

We've all driven down the road and gotten caught in a pothole that you just couldn't avoid.
Now you have a chance to turn that bad bump into a new set of tires!
Send in a photo of a pothole in the capital region and give yourself a chance to win a new pair of tires courtesy of Kost Tire/Auto Care.
Each week a winner will be announced based on votes to receive a $50 gift certificate to BFS.
A grand prize $400 gift certificate to Kost Tire/Auto Care will be drawn randomly from the four weekly prize winners.

We reserve the right to exclude any entries which contain materials found to be offensive, derogatory, or otherwise unacceptable.

3.	FOUR (4) GRAND PRIZE WINNERS WILL BE CHOSEN BASEDON VIEWER VOTES EACH FRIDAY AT NOON DURING THE MONTH OF MAY.  
4.	THE WEEKLY FOUR WINNERS WILL RECEIVE A $50 GIFT CERTIFICATE TO BFS.  A GRAND PRIZE WINNER WILL BE DRAWN AT RANDOM AND WILL RECEIVE A $400 GIFT CERTIFICATE TO KOST TIRE/AUTO CARE FOR NEW TIRES.  
5.	ACCEPTANCE OF THIS PRIZE CONSTITUES PERMISSION TO USE THE WINNER’S NAME AND LIKENESS FOR PROMOTION, ADVERTISING AND PUBLICITY PURPOSES AT NON ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION.  NO TRANSFER OR SUBSTITUTION OF PRIZES IS PERMITTED. 
6.	EMPLOYEES OF CBS6/WRGB AND CAPITAL REGION’S CW/WCWN ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO WIN. 
7.	CBS 6/WRGB AND CAPITAL REGION’S CW/WCWN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ENTRIES, PERSONAL OR PROPERTY INJURY, LOSSES OR FAILURE OF PROVIDERS IN CONNECTION WITH AWARDING OF THIS PRIZE.
